EPD Insulation Group would like to send our best wishes to Caitlin, who will be leaving today to undertake a Business with Entrepreneurship Degree this September.

Caitlin, granddaughter of Founder Steve Boon, has been involved in the family business from a young age.  She has been with the Internal Sales team since January 2024, learning the business.

“I have really enjoyed my time with the sales team as they are a great team. Building relationships with customers and learning about the products has been the highlight of my time at EPD. The knowledge I have attained from working at EPD and understanding how my grandfather has built this company from scratch will be beneficial for the course I have chosen.”

Steve adds, “I am very proud of my granddaughter. Not only did she fit in well with the sales team, but she has also always been hardworking and willing to learn. I know she will successfully complete her degree. I am looking forward to watching and supporting Caitlin’s career in the future.”
