Kingspan Kooltherm K106 Cavity Board is a premium performance insulation with a fibre-free rigid thermoset phenolic core.

As part of our Kooltherm K100 range, it provides a level of performance that is unrivalled in the world of rigid thermoset insulation materials with a thermal conductivity of just 0.018 W/m·K across all thicknesses.

Manufactured with a blowing agent that has zero ODP and low GWP, it is used to insulate cavity walls with just a 10 mm residual cavity.

Rockwool RWA45 Acoustic Slab

The ROCKWOOL RW Slab Range is used for thermal, acoustic and fire insulation in general building applications, certified to EN 13162. The product range consists of high quality resin bonded slabs in a variety of thicknesses and densities. Specialist sizes and thicknesses are available to special order. ARC Cavity Stop Sock

It provides a simple and efficient method of closing cavities around openings in cavity walls, and has a thermal conductivity of 0.021 W/m·K.

Quinntherm QW Cavity Wall Batt

Quinn Therm QW PIR Insulation is a high performance, fibre free board, with a rigid thermoset insulation core and faced on both sides with a low emissivity composite foil facing.

The low emissivity foil facings increase the thermal resistance an unventilated cavity adjacent to the insulation, reducing the overall U-value of the wall.

The good dimensional tolerances of the Quinn Therm QW PIR Insulation board enable it to be tightly butted to form a continuous layer of insulation. Joints can then be easily taped with an aluminium foil tape to provide an effective vapour control layer.

Ecotherm Full Fill Cavity Wall Insulation

Eco-Cavity Full Fill insulation boards are suitable for full filling cavity walls with PIR insulation. They allow users to optimise the full cavity with high performing thermal insulation, meaning u-values and Building Regulations can be met without altering standard construction designs.  Eco-Cavity Full Fill prevents the need to increase cavity space and overall wall width to accommodate larger thicknesses of traditional insulation materials.

The board’s tongue and groove edges ensure a continuous layer of insulation, increases protection from wind driven rain and also aids installation.
