Kingspan Kooltherm K15 Rainscreen Board is a premium performance insulation with a fibre-free rigid thermoset phenolic core.
It is manufactured with a blowing agent that has zero Ozone Depletion Potential (ODP) and low Global Warming Potential (GWP).
Offering thermal conductivities as low as 0.020 W/m·K, it is suitable for use behind Rainscreen cladding systems and masonry façades.

Kingspan Kooltherm K110 PLUS Soffit Board is a premium performance insulation with a fibre-free rigid thermoset phenolic core and a non-combustible building board outer face.
As part of our Kooltherm K100 range, it provides a level of performance that is unrivalled in the world of rigid thermoset insulation materials with a thermal conductivity of just 0.018 W/m·K across all thicknesses.
Manufactured with a blowing agent that has zero ODP and low GWP, it is used to insulate structural ceilings (soffits).
Eco-Protect provides Class O fire performance thermal insulation solutions for timber frame walls or internal solid walls. It can also be used in Rainscreen facade applications up to 18 metres.
Suitable for use in between and over the studs of timber frame walls and as insulated sheathing in new homes and buildings. Eco-Protect can also be used internally on existing solid or cavity walls to upgrade their thermal performance and in Rainscreen facade applications up to 18 meters. The thermal performance of EcoTherm’s Eco-Protect will keep the wall thickness to a minimum and provide a cost effective means of reducing CO2 emissions and compliance with Building Regulations/Standards.
Masterboard is a versatile Class O building board, suitable for use in a wide range of internal and semi-exposed applications. It is of limited combustibility and can be used in constructions providing up to 60 minutes fire protection.
Masterboard is a calcium silicate board reinforced with selected fibres and fillers. It is formulated without inorganic fibres and does not contain formaldehyde.
The colour is off-white and the board has a smooth finish on one face with a sanded reverse face.
The board is not classified as a dangerous substance, and can be disposed of in an on-site skip.
Supalux is a strong, lightweight non-combustible building board for use in many fire applications. It is a high performance board which can be used in constructions providing up to 240 minutes fire protection. It is simple to work and fix, easy to decorate, resistant to effects of moisture and will not rot or decay.
Supalux is a non-combustible calcium silicate board reinforced with selected fibres and fillers. It is formulated without inorganic fibre and does not contain formaldehyde.
Supalux is off-white in colour and has a smooth finish on one face with a sanded reverse face. It can be left undercoated or is easily finished with paints, wall paper or tiles.
Fermacell is a high performance multi-purpose building board that combines the properties of solid blockwork with the speed and flexibility of conventional drywall techniques.
Fermacell is produced using recycled gypsum, recycled cellulose fibres from post-consumer waste paper and recycled water, combined to form a homogenous mass, which is then formed into a dense sheet material. Fermacell passed the 60 mins test fire resistance from single layer partitions up to 10 m high. Class ‘0’ certificated.
It may be applied as a sheathing board on both timber and structural steel framed external wall infill panels, as a liner for unexposed eaves soffits and canopies and also for lining roof trusses used as separating wall frames.
ARC Cavity Stop Sock
ARC Cavity Stop Socks and TCBs have been designed to restrict the spread of smoke and flames within external masonry walls, and to further minimise the effect of flanking noise pollution at wall junctions. They are produced from low resin, non-combustible rockfibre mineral wool and sleeved in polythene for on-site protection.
