A universal dry flooring board that can be used as an alternative to poured screed, or multiple plywood and cement board layers. Connects with a 50mm shiplap joint, which is glued and fixed with 19mm screws at 200mm centres along board joints.

Can be used directly under all flooring types and on top of all GenieMat® products in lightweight and heavyweight buildings.
